Got 3-5 minutes? Thinking how you can make use of this short period of time. Here are some useful skills
- Bullet journal : This is an easy and effective practice to reflect on your day and to plan ahead . You can also use this as a habit tracker to track your routine. Alternatively you can make use of this to pen down the things you are grateful for, this habit will boost your happiness. This is in short a diary,a planner,a habit tracker and whatever you want it to be, all it takes is five minutes.
2. Learn meditation: Take five minutes of your day to focus on your breath and relax yourself, this exercise helps you increase your focus and reduce stress. You can make use of apps like 10 per cent happier to learn meditation.
3. Learn to hold a good posture. A good posture reflects confidence and personality,so spending 5 min to correct your posture is worth the time. Standing straight and tall much impressive than slouching.
5.Learn to hold a plank :A simple yet effective way to stay fit and improve your will power. If you can manage to hold it for 5min,you must be really strong. Two to three min is average. And two minutes of plank a day is more than enough to keep you fit and strong.
6. Add some fun :you can try learning toung twisters , twirling a pen or fun games to play with friends.
And most importantly , smile 🙂
Smile is as good medicine like laughter and it refers positivity and confidence. So no matter what your circumstances are do take a moment to smile for yourself.
